Startup Lawyers & Partners (SLP Law) advised and assisted Transform Digital DMCC and its seven promoters being Kishan Srivastava, Anuj Yadav, Sujeet Singh Akshay Jadhav, Ankit Yadav, Gaurav Solanke and Shashank Jaiswal in an undisclosed amount of investment received from Transform Technologies DWC LLC (Patang).
Transform Digital DMCC is the Dubai-based parent company of SDLC Corp. in India, a SaaS company at the forefront of blockchain, Web 3.0, AI, AR/ VR/3D, game development, PoW mining, Metaverse, NFT, digital transformation and digital marketing technology.
The investment is a part of the UAE Golden Visa for Entrepreneurs initiative designed for global entrepreneurs working an economic project of a technical or future nature based on risk and innovation.
The transaction team comprised of key members from SLP Law led by Founder and Managing Partner, Minal Madan.
On this investment, King Stubb and Kasiva acted for Transform Technologies DWC LLC. The deal was managed by Wami Capital – Single family office of the Transworld Group.
