Minal Madan
Founder
With a unique blend of legal acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit, Minal has distinguished herself as an established new age leading female lawyer in the world of business advisory and business-tech legal counsel. Wearing multiple hats at SLP Law, she leads the M&A and private equity group of the firm’s transactions advisory practice.
Towards the end of 2019, Minal envisioned a law firm that would not only adapt to the fast paced, evolving technological demands of the industry, but also pioneer innovation, creativity while collaborating closely with entrepreneurs/founders. In 2020 SLP Law was established, a differently structured legal firm committed to providing creative, affordable, high-quality legal support to all players in the startups industry. In 2023, Minal was recognised by ASSOCHAM and was awarded the National Legal Excellence Award, under the Age of 40 in the Law Firm Category.
Before founding Startup Lawyers & Partners, Minal has made significant contributions to some of India’s most prominent corporate transactions through her work with law firms such as AZB & Partners, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and BMR Legal.
Over her decade long legal experience, Minal has advised a diverse range of clientele across countries, including early-stage startups, emerging growth companies, incubators, accelerators, angel investors, family offices, MSME’s and venture capital/private equity funds. Her deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience have made her a trusted advisor for domestic and international clients from global jurisdictions like Asia Pacific, the United States, and the European Union.
Pramod Nagpal

Pramod Nagpal is a graduate of Kirori Mal College, Delhi and a practising charted accountant by profession and the former Managing Director of Central Cottage Industries Corporation of India Limited (CCIC), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Mr. Nagpal has over 30+ years of cross function experience in leadership and advisory roles.
Shiban Banerjee

Shiban Banerjee is a strategic integrity-driven Chief Technology Officer, with over 16 years of distinguished experience in digital transformation, product management, software design, and technology leadership. He has also recently completed his course on AI/ML course from MIT. He has powered startups to reach their full potential, in terms of customer accumulation and retention and has also helped them in product development and market research. Mr. Banerjee is also an expert in conceptualizing and developing UI/UX designs and tailor-made innovative solutions to tackle different challenges in the information systems of the organizations. He has also collaborated with stakeholders to create roadmaps and digital strategies which helped them realize significant increases in financial profits.
To help the society understand the power of AI, he has conducted impactful sessions for employees across organizations and steered more than 600 students and employees to harness the power of Gen AI tools, which helped them increase their productivity to higher levels.
Dedicated to continuous learning, he dedicates himself to exploring the latest developments in product design, AI and tech, deepening his expertise to navigate the fast-paced tech-landscape. His experience and expertise has made him one of the most skilled and learned professionals in the field of entrepreneurship and technology.
